Culture Media Filling Pump ( Agar )
It is very simple laboratory table top filling machine works on peristaltic principle where liquid will not come in contact with any part of machine.
It is used for media filling/Pouring any volume like 5,10,20,25,30,40,50,100 ml etc in bottles/Jars/Dish or any containers with suck back and programmable cyclic mode.
It can be programmed in such a way that it will fill one bottle, will stop for 2/4 sec (user can set any OFF/PAUSE time ) and again auto start, again stop and continue till last filling or till you stop. A suck back feature is provided in order to avoid excessive dripping of liquid at last moment.
User can fill in Manual mode as well as auto mode.For Manual operation Foot padal/Switch facility available.
Food and Pharma grade Silicon Rubber Tubing- 5 Mtr and filling nozzles ( suction end-1 and filling end-1 ) used for filling application.
Tube is easlily removable and can be sterile/ clean or autoclavable. There is no contact part at all except tubing so no contimination.
